Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health or personal care items

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value.

  • If the gift was sent to the gift giver, refunds will be sent to them.

Shipping returns
